Adventure & Experience

Stuibenfall

Do you want to swim against the current and defy the elements at the same time? Then you can put your balls (or ovaries) to the test at Stuibenfall. While Tyrol's largest waterfall plunges thunderously into the depths next to you, you can climb the via ferrata right next to it for the adrenaline-fuelled highlight of your day's holiday. Don't worry: if you wet your knickers, nobody will notice. Because no-one has ever arrived dry on the other side.

Birds of Prey Park

Are the funny owls and proud eagles in LifeSteil not enough for you? Then you can whizz off to the next nest and make the acquaintance of some impressive aerial acrobats at the Birds of Prey Park Umhausen. Falcons, kites, buzzards, vultures, eagles and owls will be flying around your ears. So it's best not to let on that you're from a toucan.

BikeRepublic

Even without snow, you can race downhill towards your peak in Sölden and enjoy the marvellous lightness of gravity at the same time. The Bike Republic Sölden welcomes downhillers and enduro enthusiasts of all nations with arms wide open. And provides you with a varied trail playground that ranges from chilled and flowy to rock and roll.

Elements 007

When it comes to Britain's most famous secret agent, Sölden is in his elements. The James Bond Museum of the same name on the Gaislachkogel - which served as the SPECTRE backdrop for the 2015 film - is of course a must for 007 fans. Don't worry: you won't be shaken on the ride up, but at best stirred: From the fantastic view of the glacier. Bond fans are also in good hands in the LifeSteil. In our flat no. 007.

Glacier

The glacier instantly makes mountain fans melt away. And it's not just the temperatures that make your knees tremble. The three sensational viewing platforms of the BIG3 Sölden are almost a test of courage and often result in a rather frozen smile during the obligatory selfie.

AREA47

If you are looking for real action in the snow-free months in Ötztal, you will be richly rewarded right at the start of the valley. In Area 47 - Austria's largest outdoor leisure park - you'll have your adrenalin pumping with rafting, canyoning, caving, bungee jumping, mega swinging, flying fox, wakeboarding or in the high ropes course. Not to mention the water area. However, even as a gleeful onlooker, you'll get your money's worth there.
